The Graduate Cap & Gown

I’m so glad to be done with final exams!  Graduation weekend was excellent!  It was great seeing family members and friends.  The 3-day celebration was all about food, of course.  I counted no less than 7 restaurants we visited, including Mi Cocina, Truluck’s and Spiral Diner- yum!

I hope you will continue to be patient- the job search is on full blast, and it’s a priority because trust me, I have student loans to repay!

I will try to periodically post some interesting tidbits until I can get back into the full swing of things.

Now I can breathe a sigh of relief, at least for a moment…

So, better late than never…as promised, attached are a few pics of the gluttony that was Thanksgiving. I even made fried ice cream this year! So fried turkey, fried ice cream, fried everything…I’m going on a diet!
