Five years ago, during law school, I launched Thread Conscious as a creative outlet and a way to support women-owned businesses while testing my entrepreneurial spirit.
After graduating from Texas Wesleyan Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law (now Texas A&M Law School), Thread Conscious has grown as a brand as I have grown personally, professionally and spiritually. I moved to Austin, Texas to work in the operations department at a tech start-up, and I do as much pro bono work as I can through the State Bar of Texas and other wonderful organizations.
I feel blessed to live a fulfilling life- wife, mother, attorney, entrepreneur, speaker– but there’s something I’d love to learn more about as I celebrate five years of blogging: YOU. In the areas of personal and professional branding for start-ups/entrepreneurship, what topics would you find helpful and interesting? Perhaps how to dress to meet potential investors, or the best restaurants for business lunches, or how to organize your home office for optimal productivity?
Send me your article and video ideas for how I can help you create and build your brand by commenting below or emailing nik@threadconscious.com .
Thanks for reading over the years and I’m looking forward to the next five years and bringing you content that helps you create a strong brand in the beginning, so you can be successful in the end. Stay tuned for a new Thread Conscious website, coming soon!
With Gratitude,
Nik
