Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite breakfast dishes, and thanks to Olivia on South Lamar in Austin, it just got better. The Lobster Benny (pictured above) boasts classic poached eggs and a generous portion of lobster salad nestled atop toasted pain au lait, bathed in golden hollandaise. Other decadent brunch combos include Foie Gras & Grits and Grilled Quail Salad, and the Mixed Berry Juice is sweet and refreshing, as is the Challah French Toast (pictured in the center, background). If you’re wanting something more substantial, look no further than the MACDADDY: thick and crispy mustard-glazed pork belly and scrambled eggs sandwiched between English muffins (pictured far right).
